RCEDO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Rural Development (MRD) of the Royal Government of Cambodian, since April 2003 and registered with CDC in Kingdom of Cambodia. This agreement means that RCEDO is complying with the legal requirement and is properly registered to work as a development partners in Kingdom of Cambodia for humanitarian assistance and the public benefit. At the Sub-National level, RCEDO has working as partnership with the Government line Departments by signed MoU with the Provincial Committee of Disaster Risk Management ( PCDM), Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry & Fishery (PDAFF), Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport (PDEYS), Provincial Department of Water Resources Management (PDWRM) and Provincial Department of Rural Development (PDRP) in Banteay Meanchey & Oddar Meanchey province. RCEDO would like to Acknowledgement to all local authorities and Government partners that always supported and well cooperated with RCEDO.
