OUR TEAM

RCEDO is governed by a Board of Directors who provide technical advice to the organization and oversee strategic planning and governance functions including policy development.

The RCEDO staff team consists of 20 people (7 female), led by the Director of the organization.  We are a wholly Khmer organization and many of our staff members come from our partner communities.  The team represents considerable accumulated experience in the fields of rural development and human rights.
