Our Team

RCEDO have 15 Cambodian staffs which 7 women. There are 10 full time staffs and 5 part-time staffs for operating the programme activities of the two provinces – Banteay Meanchey and Oddar Meanchey. Our team works closely with the poorest and most vulnerable members of rural communities, line government departments and development partners to increase their incomes and participation in local decision making through empowering them to achieve peace and democracy. We are motivated by a belief that all individuals are entitled to basic human rights and that by working hand in hand with rural communities and the government agencies, we can empower people to bring about positive change in their own lives. We are committed to working with the poorest people in isolated areas of Cambodia.
